Adrian (or Ada) lives in Manila, and he is growing up as an effeminate gay man; his father is brutally unsympathetic. Adrian moves away to a rural area and works as a hairdresser, and one evening a strange pink meteorite falls from the sky; it has the word "Zaturnnah" printed on it. Adrian's friend Didi thinks it has magical powers, and she persuades him to swallow it. When he does so, he is instantly transformed into a real female Superwoman.
Now as ZsaZsa Zaturnnah, s/he and Didi go out and come across Dadong - who carries a torch for Ada - being robbed; Zaturnnah easily defeats them, and when a huge frog attacks the town, she deals with that too. The plot starts to get disjointed now as Queen Femina and her Amazonistas are watching from a spaceship; Femina decides to test Zaturnnah for acceptance into her team.
There's a lot of singing and dancing (and over-acting), and the script and plot aren't meant to be taken seriously -- it's a fun film. And Dadong and Ada get together at the end, as we had all guessed.
The film was bsed on a Philipino comic book story.
