Zzim (1998, South Korea)

A high school student, Jun, decides to disguise himself as a girl in order to spend more time with the girl he has a crush on. They develop a strong friendship, but when she starts to fall for another boy Jun has to reveal himself and how he feels.

It's quite a gentle film, and Jun looks very convincing as a girl.

Also known as Tie a Yellow Ribbon, and (I think) Choice.
