Zapped Again (1993)

Young adults are at a high school in America. The hero Kevin moralistically joins a less popular course and is rewarded by discovering an ancient potion that gives the drinker the power to levitate items ... such as the female lecturer's skirt.

At a college festival he dresses as a cheerleader for a brief stage performance.
