Das Zauberglas (1991, Germany)

A strange short film by Bjørn Melhus. A man is shaving his hair off, and the view in the shaving mirror turns into the face of a different man, dressed as a woman. The image is like a television picture, and continually gets interrupted by interference. There is a strange, meaningless dialogue.

I'm not sure what the message is, really. This comes from his website:

A short meeting of a man shaving and his female image in the magic glass - the TV monitor. The two different kinds on living at both sides of the magic glass exclude any chance for real advances. A tale about coming and going, about the magic and the attractive power of an incomprehensible virtual image.

It's a short film, 5 minutes. It is known as The Magic Glass in English.
