This film is sometimes listed as having transgender content; that is an error due to confusion with the 1992 American film, Little Sister, which translates to Zusje in the Dutch language.
In the Dutch film, a young man, Martijn, visits his sister without warning after an absence; he insists on filming everything with his video camera, and he antagonises nearly everyone. He also shows some film of when he and his sister were small children, and the whole thing seems a little unwholesome. During all this we never see Martijn in the present, until at the very end of the film there is a surprise for us -- but it's not transgender.
