Jimmy Durante in his apache outfit Jeeper Smith (Jimmy Durante) and Breezy Jones (Phil Silvers) are vacuum cleaner salesmen, but they accidentally join the army. Their commanding officer is very traditional and the boys try to persuade him that he could get some tanks, cheap.
