Jean Reno plays a tough -- an excessively tough -- French policeman, who goes around assaulting people without any great interest in whether it is necessary. Apprehending a transvestite at a night club who turns out to be a member of a gang of three, he assaults her there and again back at the police station. While at the club, he assaults the son of the chief of police too, a careless act that gets him exiled on leave for a couple of months.
The arrestee evidently gives away the time and place of the blag, because Reno's character turns up there the next day -- and the other gang members have presumably carried on without her -- and he finds a robbery in progress. Inept transvestite robber no 2.
Inept transvestite robber no 3 doesn't quite seem determined to press the plunger that will blow everyone sky high.
The transvestites are played by Alexandre Brik, Fabio Zenoni, and Veronique Balme.
The title of the film refers to a garnish with Japanese food.
