The Wild Wild World of Jayne Mansfield (1968)
Jayne Mansfield was a film star with a remarkable figure, that ensured that most of her work was in dumb-blonde roles, and in the early 1960's there was plenty of appetite for that. However, her career was cut short in a road accident when she was 34 years old.
This film is an obvious soft-porn sexploitation effort, within the rules of 1968. Jayne shows us round what people get up to in Europe and back home in the USA, with a breathless delivery style. We see topless beach bathing, and in Paris they even have topless dancers on stage! This clearly has to be shown for the purposes of scientific information.
About three-quarters of the way through, Jayne informs us that she had to cut her European travels short and return to Hollywood. A friend had invited her to a beauty competition. This was a beauty contest for boys, but they'd all be dressed like girls! "And on top of that, it was highly illegal! We were really lucky the place wasn't raided!"
