Valley of the Dolls (1967)

Ted Casablanca A famous film based on a famous book about a woman who made her way into Hollywood; it comes over now as rather dated.

The character Ted Casablanca (Alex Davion), a dress designer whom the female lead subsequently marries, is reported as transgender, but this is a mistake; he is bisexual but there is no suggestion of transgender in his portrayal in the film.
