Claudia (Sandra Leonhard) is a young woman of Italian parentage, living with her parents in Germany. She struggles to gain her independence but life's little misfortunes catch up with her.
An aunt sends her a bottle of holy, magical, water from Italy, that supposedly has the power to grant a wish. Later Claudia gets into an argument with a businessman over a parking space in the city, and at the moment of spilling the water, she tells him she wishes that he could experience life in her skin for a while, to see how tough her life is.
This wish is granted and they change bodies. It's just light comedy, so there's no great deep exploration of the issues other than the initial surprise at having different voices and complexions at first, and here in the picture, the difficulty for the man newly in the woman's body to walk properly in high heels.
A competent enough light comedy.
