The Vagabond (1916)

The crone and the girl
A Charlie Chaplin film; after some unsuccessful busking, he leaves town and plays for a gypsy girl, who is treated like Cinderella by (we presume) her Father and her crone-like Grandmother.

The Grandmother is played by Leo White.
