Uomo avvisto mezzo ammazatto - parola di Spiriti Santo (1971, Italy)

Fighting for the revolution in drag
Spirito Santo is the name of a famous gunman (played by Gianni Garko); he arrives at a time when mercenaries are trying to overthrow the president of a wild west state, and with his sidekick Chuck (Chris Huerta) they help the insurrection along. Chuck uses unconventional methods including here in the picture, dressing as a woman.

The film was also released with the equally boring title His Name Was Holy Ghost.
