Unspeakable (2000)

A man driving his car in difficult weather has a crash, and kills his daughter and badly injures his wife. His mind is warped by the events, and progressively he hears voices instructing him to kill, which he does many times.

Chapter 8 in the dvd version is aptly titled "Bad Day for Transvestite Hookers". These two are bemoaning how unfair life is, and especially how unfair life is to transvestite hookers like them. Things soon become even less fair.

This is the made-for-video film, not the (better) feature film of the same name, also released in the same year.
