Unhinged (1982)

Marion Penrose A slasher film that was banned in the UK for several years. Three girls have a car accident and end up staying in a creepy old house in a remote place; there is a creepy elderly woman and her daughter, Marion (played by Janet Penner). Then the killing starts, and there is a surprise revelation at the end. This is done better than in some films of this genre, the chest hair apparently being the giveaway in the last few minutes.
