An earnest and rather laboured film about a serial killer of gay men, and efforts to track him down. For some reason the whole film is shot with a very low tint in the colour.
Two men decide to go out, evdiently to a gay club; this person crosses the field of view and is (I think) Carl McDonald as "Drahg Queen".
