Terror Toons (2002)

The Mother just about to leave the house Teenage girls are (unwisely) left alone at home for the weekend, and they decide to get up to some naughtiness with boys. But they also look at a weird video called Terror Toons, and strange characters come out of the video and take the house over.

The mother is played by Shimmy Maxx, briefly at the start and the end, without any attempt whatever at sounding feminine.
