Teenage Exorcist (1994)
Prim and proper Diane gets one hell of a deal when she rents an old house from a creepy realtor. When Diane takes possession of the house, the house begins to take possession of her! One night terrified after a ghastly nightmare, she calls her sister Sally and her brother-in-law Mike, for help. By the time they arrive, they find Diane transformed into a smoking, drinking, chainsaw wielding seductress hell-bent on pleasing the demons that possess her!
One of the inhabitants is a transvestite.
