Terror Firmer (1999)

The mysterious killer waits for a victim An intentionally chaotic film about people trying to make a low budget horror film, with plenty of gory special effects, and many many gross elements. Whether this works for you or not depends ... but out-grossing the Hollywood gross tradition might get a bit obvious and repetitive.

There seems to be a serial killer on the loose. And this character has been luring men and killing them; odd that we never see her face.

Back home, but still we don't see the face Well, eventually we discover that it's Casey, the sound man. We get an explanation of sorts, that his father turned him into a girl to satisfy his own lust. Casey has been taking it out on the rest of the world ever since ... here returning home after another killing.

Ward as a girl The character Ward is introduced as a camp gay man at first, but in the final scenes he has changed into girl mode.

There are also various other characters, including some "man-women" that are two people apparently joined together back to back. And a couple of joke hermaphrodites in a silly post-script.
