Three Men and a Baby (1987)

A light comedy about three men who get a small baby dumped on them by the mother, and a package of heroin accidentally dumped on them by gangsters, who want it back.

Most of the film is spent exploring the ineptitude and eventual success of the men in rearing a tiny baby, but in a jerky finale, they meet up with the gangsters to return the heroin. The father of the baby goes dressed as a woman as a sort of decoy, taking the baby. A rather obvious and painful happy ending is then bolted on to that.
