Thunderball (1965)

The black widow attacks
The fourth Sean Connery James Bond film opens with a sequence involving a killer in drag, actually a killer dressed as a grieving widow with black veil and everything.

But our man isn't taken in by that kind of stuff.

The black widow attacks
The action is very brief and fast and I could not get a decent screen shot. The studio photographer did much better then me with the second image (albeit in black and white).

Tiffany Michelle has discovered more: "The agent, Jacques Bouvar is played by stunt man Bob Simmons. Bouver is undercover as Madame Boitier, but until the first punch is thrown, the part is played by the female actress Rose Alba. Too bad though, that whole part could have easily been played by a guy... the director stated that he wanted someone with "nice legs". By the way, how did James Bond know she was a guy? "You opened your own car door!"
