Shadowboxer (2005)

A disjointed and difficult film about a pair of assassins, one of whom is played by Helen Mirren. The male half of the team, Mikey, apparently has to pretend to be a crossdressing hooker to get access to a victim, latish in the film; the budget for makeup was evidently very tight; this is only seen indistinctly and briefly.

In a bar scene earlier, we have seen a sad and not-entirely convincing transsexual who has a brief line about a drink; this is Jessie, described in the titles as "Jessie, Special Lady at Bar" and played by Jessica Hoskins in her only film credit.
