Shadow of the Vampire (2000)

A film based on the supposedly difficult filming of Nosferatu in Germany in the 1920's. Despite some good acting and a lot of attention to detail, the film doesn't quite come off.

Early in the film, filming is delayed because of the absence of the actor to play the vampire. "Perhaps he is somewhere with a woman."

"Or with a man!" ... and the film cuts to this rather modest orgy, with both men and both women cross-dressed.
