Seven Sinners (1940)

A weak film set in "the East Indies" retrieved by the aura of Marlene Dietrich, and an early John Wayne, then 33.

La Dietrich appears in a vast number of exotic gowns, so she must have had a very large steamer trunk to get them out there; and here in a very slightly masculine parody uniform.
