Seitenstechen (1984, West Germany)

Ten years before Schwarzenegger, a man became pregnant in this film. As the bump gets bigger, he dresses ambiguously, and gets given a seat on the bus, but also attracts a lot of mockery.

In an earlier stage, he sees an approaching Mum and imagines himself as her, the only actual dressing in the film.
