Scooby-Doo (2002)

Its a man in a mask
Mystery Inc, Scooby-Doo and his human helpers, are solving a mystery on an enchanted island.

They are on motor-bikes and Mary Jane's face gets caught by a tree branch; momentarily a rubber mask is pulled away, and "she" immediately replaces it, but not before Scooby sees that it isn't really her. Apparently your eyes turn green if this happens to you.

He looks convincing
Scooby-Doo tries to tell Shaggy ... "Mary Jane is a man in a mask" but no-one believes him; not surprisingly as this is what the impersonator looks like.

Fred as Mary Jane
There is also an extended switch sequence in which everyone's personality inhabits everyone else's body in turn. This is Fred ... "Hey, I can look at myself naked!"
