A Laurel and Hardy silent; a woman jewel thief is on a luxury liner with her husband, a man of restricted growth called Roger, played by Harry Earles, 25 years old at the time of this film.
In order to pull off a theft, the man presents as a female toddler, seen her with Stan Laurel.
Earles was remarkably small, and lived to be 83. He appeared as a Munchkin in the Wizard of Oz.
