Romy and Michele: In the Beginning (2005)

Romy and Michele are young airheads who decide to go to Hollywood. With no money they turn to prostitution, but they aren't successful and they end up at the police station. While they are there they make friends with Donna, played by Alexandra Billings. When they get out the next morning, they have nowhere to go, but Donna takes them home in her Cadillac.

Donna is about to leave for London for an operation; she is happy to leave Romy and Michele in charge of her sumptuous house and her cat. The girls assume she is going for a nose job, but we sort of guess that she is a male to female transsexual going for a gender operation.

There are two men in the housing complex where Donna lives, and they speculate that Romy and Michele must be transvestites, because of their outlandish outfits.
