Ricochet (1991)

The obese dancer A man is sent to prison for murder and plots to frame the policeman, Nick Styles (Denzel Washington), responsible for his arrest, and to destroy his life completely.

It is reported that there is a transgender element, in that a topless man is performing in a bar. This segment occurs when Styles is on the rooftop towards the end of the film; we are watching the news item live on television in a gay bar, and there is an obese man performing a sort of dance. He has breasts, but they are fat man-breasts and there is no transgender element in this.
