Reflections in a Golden Eye (1967)
This film has been reported as having transgender content, but in fact the elements are an effeminate, but not transgender, man (Anacleto, who plays the housekeeper to Elizabeth Taylor's character). There is a knicker fetishist, and Marlon Brando has an effeminate boyfriend, and an obsessive man who stalks her, and has fetishistic involvement with her underwear. But it's not transgender
