Red Ribbon Blues (1996)

Someone finds a free drug delivery on the doorstep
Surprisingly good light comedy about a group of gay people who decide to steal drugs required to treat AIDS and distribute them free. The red ribbon in the title is of course the AIDS-awareness symbol.

Of course the wicked and money-grabbing drugs companies are an easy target for casting as the bogey-men here ... but what about the small pharmacy owners?

Anyway, two of the main actors are RuPaul and John Epperson, both of them more familiar in their drag queen roles, the latter as Lipsynch; however, in this film they are both in their male manifestation throughout. When they are distributing the stolen drugs, they leave them on doorsteps and ring the doorbell; surprisingly none of the residents are yet visibly suffering from AIDS conditions. A couple of them come to the doorstep in drag, seen only very briefly.
