Rough Draft (1997)

Keece and Erica in the club Nelson Keece (played by Gary Busey) is a journalist under pressure to come up with some good material. He decides to study transvestite night life, going among them at a club dressed as a woman himself. He is befriended by Erica (David Shawn Michaels).


In the urinal They meet in a drag club; early on in the film, we are given plenty of cues about what it is. Keece stumbles on a serial killer in the act, and, er, befriends him, in the interests of journalistic research. He witnesses another murder later. The whole thing is just the lowest of the police inquiry capers, and the film has been universally panned.

The film was also released as Diary of a Serial Killer.
