Repli-Kate (2002)

Two inept young men are working in the genetics department of a university. Working on cloning hamsters, they accidentally clone a beautiful woman, played by Ali Landry. Having got the clone, who needs to be told how to behave, they decide to train her to be blokish ... drinking beer, watching football and using bad language.

It soon causes complications, and when the original woman (who didn't know she has been cloned) returns it gets even worse.

But there is no real transgender dimension to this.
