Raja Babu (1994, India)

A long Bollywood film with a complicated plot; two comic would-be heroes are after the girls. They get entangled with some women from a Widows' Charity Home and find some spare clothes from somewhere, and persuade the women to co-operate with a deception to ingratiate themselves.

The one on the left has a moustache.
