Q & A (1990)

An honest but inexperienced cop is chosen by corrupt District Attorney to investigate, and whitewash, a killing. A tired formula, but the characterisations and relationships seemed to me to be better constructed than in many films in this genre.

A corrupt policeman is intimidating some hookers; the policeman grabs the male genitalia of one of them to make his point.

The heavy handed policing is pretty graphically illustrated at this point. This is Sophia (Brian Neill).

Later in the film, "International Chrysis" plays José Malpica as a drag queen nightclub performer and gangster's moll. International Chrysis died later that year.
