Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (2006)

A sequel to the earlier Pirates of the Caribbean film, this film seems to have far more special effects and far less thrilling adventure somehow. Johnny Depp's character accentuates this, with rather too much make-up and bordering on the camp.

Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightley) dresses as a man so she can go to sea; but there is no transgender overtone.
