Pleasure Doing Business (1979)

A comedy, this film features a female impersonator - quite convincing in smart casual/office attire - walking through a corridor in a building and then entering a man's office.  The man begins hugging the "woman" only to be shocked when her wigs falls off.  It is nicely done; the transvestite was played by M.B.West.
