Pitch Black (2000)

Sci-fi film; some people are stranded in an alien environment. Rhianna Griffith plays Jack who is eventually unmasked as a girl, who thought it would be better if she posed as a boy. Ooh look, they've got an ultra-violet lamp on the film set.

I didn't find the story very believable, though.
