In a sequel to Percy (1971), Leigh Lawson's character decides he has had enough publicity and goes into hiding. He escapes from his pursuers by dressing (not very convincingly) as a woman on two separate occasions in the film. Earlier, when world news broadcasts were reporting his disappearance, we flash to an Australian newsroom, where the newsreader is Edna Everage, played of course by Barry Humphries.
The film was also released as It's Not the Size that Counts.
