Patch Adams (1998)

Patch Adams (Robin Williams) is a mature medical student, himself having been a mental hospital patient. He is unconventional and antagonises the pompous establishment members of the staff.

About 55 minutes into the film, the students are in a lecture theatre, and it is announced that the Dean of the faculty (Bob Gunton) is going to make an announcement. Adams jokes that Walcott is going to announce he is planning to have a sex change operation.
