Out in Fifty (1999)

Kim interviews him for the job A man gets out of prison after accidentally killing a woman during an unconventional sex game. The man's partner is a policeman and is now determined on revenge, and he wants to to frame him for a murder.

Immediately after getting out of jail, he is looking for a job in a burger joint; Kim, played by Alexis Arquette, interviews him for the job. She plays it straight as a female and the transgender dimension is not explored.
