Oily to Bed, Oily to Rise (1939)

A short film with the Three Stooges. They are tramps, asking for food at farmhouses. A woman living with her three daughters gives them a meal, and when they are doing odd jobs in the yard, they strike oil. But the woman says she has just sold the farm to some crooks, and they are on the way to register the deeds.

The stooges must chase them and get the deeds back before they can be registered, but the Stooges' own clothes are spoilt by the oil. The only thing is to borrow some clothes from the women.
