The Opposite of Sex (1998)

A cynical and manipulative teenage girl called Dedee Truitt (Christina Ricci) decides to move in with her gay half-brother and seduces his boyfriend. The whole film is a series of nasty actions by her, with the rest of the world trailing behind, with their lives ruined in several cases. There was a strange fascination about the film, which was not without entertainment value, as the "heroine" was so open about her intentions. She also narrated the whole thing in a voice-over, despite twice apparently dying in the screenplay.

In a flashback sequence, there's some grainy home movie footage showing very briefly a young boy, described as "Tom, the dead guy", dressed as a girl.
