Outrageous! (1977, Canada)




 A gay hairdresser (Craig Russell) is also a hopeful, but nervous, female impersonator.

He and a pregnant schizophrenic mental patient (Hollis McLaren) get together and realise that their friendship can heal both their wounded souls.

It's heartwarming and funnier than it might have been, and it is better than many Canadian products.
