A weak attempt to milk the Jackie Chan factor; in fact he has a minor role. The plot is cops and robbers in Hong Kong (after an initial sequence in the People's Republic of China, in which Michelle Yoeh earns praise for defeating a hostage taking gang). As so often in poor quality Hong Kong material, there is a great deal of violence, but not much of a plot.
A little after halfway through the film Eric Tsang plays a robber in drag in a jewellers, and Jackie Chan himself is there in identical drag. A brief slapstick sequence follows, and the whole thing is quite ridiculous.
The Cantonese title is Chao ji ji hua, but there are several alternative English titles too:
Police Story 3 Part 2;
Police Story 4: Project S;
Police Story V;
Project S;
Supercop; and
Supercop 2.
