National Lampoon's Van Wilder (2002)

Terri at the interview
A young adults' film set in an American college. Van Wilder is a perpetual student, but eventually his father cuts off his allowance to force him to start to develop his life. But in between there is a lot of crude tomfoolery, and this film is strictly for young people who like gross humour.

At the beginning of the film, Van Wilder has advertised for a personal assistant. He holds interviews and predictably most of the applicants are pretty dire; this one looks very attractive but she answers questions in a very deep voice -- "Hi, my name is Terri". And now we realise that her waist is a little thicker than it might be. Terri is played by Sarah Paul in her only screen role.

The girls at the party
Shortly after this sequence, there is a sort of crossdressing underwear party. There don't seem to be many girls, and they don't look at all attractive in y-fronts.

Van Wilder's friends
The father comes to the party and he hasn't come to enjoy himself. He wants to know where his son is, and these friends realise this is trouble.

Van Wilder comes out of the closet
His father finds Van Wilder in a cupboard, and the father is appalled, apparently discovering his son to be gay ... until a girl squirms out from behind him ... "Thank God," says the father.

The film is also known as Van Wilder.
