A slow art film about the intertwined lives of several people; despite the title, Our Happy Lives, they all seem desperately unhappy.

When two men go to a gloomy gay club, there is a drag performer singing (played by Denis D'Arcangelo); her singing is pretty dire, like the film itself.

The English title is Our Happy Lives.
