Two friends, both named Frank, are at the airport and need to escape from a gangster. What better way to escape than to pinch some women's suitcases and dress in their clothes?
They are assumed to be the make-up women for a beauty contest, and are shown into the stretch limo that is taking all the contestants to the venue. Plenty of soft porn as the real beauty contestants undress, and a lot of "Airplane" type jokes.
Don't confuse this with the British comedy of the same name, with Dennis Price, Peter Sellers and Terry-Thomas.
