Naked Gun 33 1/3 - The Final Insult (1994)

Another Nielsen comedy, as zany as the rest of his work. Nielsen and his wife visit a marriage counsellor, for guidance about their poor sex life.

The counsellor asks Nielsen's wife, "Have you tried sexy underwear and so on ... ?" You can guess that it's Nielsen who replies in the affirmative.

More imaginative is when Nielsen returns to the Police Station from which he has retired; they've put up a sort of honour board to him, and to all the past police chiefs; it's a display containing some of his clothes, his badge, handcuffs etc. And, as J Edgar Hoover is rumoured to have been a crossdresser, there is his display on the left: a little pink satin dress.

It's a great film; I loved it.
