Maléfique (2002, France)

Lassalle with make-up A horror film set almost entirely in a French prison cell; the four prisoners, all very different characters, eventually discover a concealed book of magic spells, which they use to try to escape, with gory results.

One of the prisoners, Lassalle (Philippe Laudenbach), is a body-builder but also a transsexual, planning to get a sex change when he gets out of prison. Inside he manages some make-up and a wig, but much of the time he is seen without either, but with a bust.
