Madame Satã (2002, Brazil)

João Francisco dos Santos was a legendary criminal, a flamboyant gay, and a transvestite who lived in the worst environments. But beside that he also was a dedicated father of seven adopted children and a passionate lover. "A saint or the devil, nobody agreed."

Whatever your view on that, the film follows his difficult life and his entry into the world of drag artiste performance, as Madame Satã.
